Holiday Superfood Smoothies
Delicious warming holiday drinks are a given this time of year but we’re particularly fond of superfood smoothies here at Blendtopia HQ. Gingerbread, pumpkin spice, peppermint mocha, the list goes on, but these drinks don’t always have to be warm to be delicious! Oh no. We’ve experimented with all the holiday flavors this season and have a couple of favorites we’d like to share in the form of smoothies.
Fact, those holiday drinks are always loaded with calories so we’ve put our ‘healthy’ twist on these delicious + nourishing superfood smoothies. It’s all about finding balance and you can get the taste without all those unwanted calories. Trust us!
These two vegan smoothies contain all the fiber, healthy fats, protein, iron, vitamins & minerals your body is craving. Perfect for breakfast or when that late afternoon sweets craving strikes. Your body will thank you when you decide to reach for the blender instead of the cookie tray!
