Healthy Frozen Fruit Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss

1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

Using an ice cube tray, freeze your almond milk for several hours until solid. Once solid, combine all ingredients in your blender and blend using the pulse function until you reach the desired consistency. Open the lid and take a little taste. Add additional ingredients until your desired taste and consistency are met. Pour into glasses and share with a friend or loved one!
