What are Flax seeds?
It is a fiber and food crop known as Linum usitatissimum (Linum usitatissum). Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and dietary fiber are both abundant in flax seeds.
Flax seeds also include phytoestrogens known as lignans, which have estrogen-like properties. There is a lot of fiber in the flax seed seed coat. History of Flax seeds
