We’re serving up the best Autumn recipes to help you narrow down your craft coffee creation choices.. Here are our five favorite recipes packed with superfoods and designed to be served hot or iced! These latte recipes for the pumpkin spice season are affordable, healthy, and will last you through Autumn.

Blendtopia’s Superfood Coffee Lattes

Recipes: 

1. Caramel Pumpkin Latte Smoothie 

Start your day with a caramel pumpkin latte turned into a healthy protein smoothie. It is easy to make but tastes fancy. Thank you to @lauralivewell for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c frozen canned pumpkin (or use fresh and add ice to make it thicker)
  • 1 @blendtopia caramel coffee latte
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1/2 t cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-1 1/2 c milk of choice

Optional: top with coconut whipped cream and more cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!

Note: You can freeze canned pumpkin in ice cube trays. If it’s not frozen, add ice to make the smoothie thicker.

 

2. Iced Caramel Latte 

This coffee tastes like a milkshake. It’s creamy, slightly sweet and tastes like you blended cold brew with a caramel roll. Thank you to @hollandhouse.eatery for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 @blendtopia caramel latte frozen packet
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Caramel drizzle

Directions:

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce inside of a glass.
  2. Put latte & pour your choice of milk in the glass
  3. Froth together
  4. Enjoy!

 

3. Pumpkin Caramel Frappuccino

During fall, we love making a copy of our favorite frappuccino at home. Plus, there are added health benefits to enjoy with this pumpkin caramel treat. Thank you to @colorful_superfoodie for this recipe.

Ingredients:

Frappuccino Ingredients:

  • 1 @blendtopia caramel latte pack
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree(frozen)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp vegan pumpkin caramel 
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 cup ice

Vegan Pumpkin Caramel:

  • 1 cup of coconut cream from the can (top part and no liquid)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

  1. First, make the pumpkin caramel by adding the coconut cream and coconut sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts bubbling, turn the heat to simmer and let it thicken for about 20-25 mins while stirring frequently.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree and the vanilla extract in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Then turn the heat off and let the caramel cool down for 30 minutes.
  3. Add all the Frappuccino ingredients to a blender and blend in high for 30-45 seconds.
  4. Put pumpkin caramel in a glass. Use a frother to dip and spin the caramel in the glass, making rings. 
  5. Pour the Frappuccino mixture into the glass and top with df whip cream.
  6. Enjoy!

 

4. Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Superfood Coffee Latte

Celebrate Fall with a quick and easy Superfood Coffee Latte that has the full flavor of Fall. Thank you to @rachylivesgf for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) oat milk (sub nondairy milk of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 @blendtopia vanilla coffee latte, slightly thawed (microwave for about 10 seconds)
  • Non Dairy whipped cream
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Directions:

  1. Combine the oat milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice in a cup.
  2. Use an electric whisk to whisk until well combined. 
  3. Add in the @blendtopia vanilla coffee latte and whisk again with the electric whisk. 
  4. Top with non dairy whipped creams and sprinkle cinnamon on top!
  5. Enjoy!

 

5. Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Combining two of our favorite things, smoothies and lattes. These two things are closely related.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 @blendtopia vanilla superfood latte

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Sip + Enjoy!
