Our hearts are with everyone around the world who has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and we are incredibly grateful to all who are working hard to keep our communities healthy and safe. We wanted to share some related service updates with you.
We take the health and well-being of our team seriously.
We’ve increased health and safety measures at both our manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers. Deep cleanings, smaller, staggered shifts and adjusted workstations to ensure social distancing.
Due to COVID-19, orders will experience shipping delays.
We are doing everything we can to get your shipment to you, but please know that due to heightened demand + 2x volume increase in Fedex shipments, your order will likely experience a shipping delay. We are now sending most shipments Fedex 2-Day Air rather than Fedex Ground due to the significant report in delays. We have had to increase shipping rates slightly on one-time orders to help offset costs. Please know that we are monitoring this very closely and plan to lower shipping rates as soon as we possibly can.
